Slave Skateboards, aka $lave, was founded in 2007 by Ben Horton. As the name suggests, their art style indicates to humanity's slavery to different cultural norms, but always the dollar. From our need to chase the dollar to survive to the lose of inhabitable land for wild life, big oil, pretty much anything society seems to push us into having & needing.
