Welcome to Toowoomba's only skater owned skateshop and the only one of its kind in the Western Queensland area.

M.P. Skateboards was started by family man Brett Muller who handed the reigns of ownership to Liam Burton in early February 2023. You may know him (me) as Happy (Instagram handle is @thehappyskateboarder ), or even Beanbag if you know me from my many, many years in hospitality.

Toowoomba has always had a strong skate culture going as far back as 1984 with locals picking it up after visiting coastal regions, but with skateboarding now being an Olympic sport, we don't want to take away the OG mentality of "never stop jumping fences." Our goal is to start bringing through local gremlins (beginner skaters), support the local rippers, change the mindset of the wider community around skateboarding & offer local events.

Our goals are simple:
To offer locals a home base.
To help support skaters & skateboarding as a whole while upholding positive skate culture.
And most importantly, to SKATE!
